Trials can be high-risk endeavors. Even with an able trial counsel, a neutral third party, who has the relevant experience and expertise, can provide an objective perspective that may enhance trial preparation and presentation. As an experienced former trial attorney and trial judge, I can assist parties and their trial counsel in assessing risks, developing strategies, jury selection, creating a proper record for appeal, and providing guidance on the law that will likely govern the trial.
After a verdict is rendered, whether favorable or unfavorable, I can assist with post-trial motions.

My 15 years as a civil trial lawyer, 14 years as a trial judge and 11 years as an appellate justice give me the background and expertise to offer support as a legal consultant for trial preparation. If retained, I would work collaboratively with trial counsel.
