POLICIES & FEES

Justice Kane’s mediation & arbitration fees are fair, in consideration of his expansive experience. Review his policies below, and feel free to contact us with any questions. References are available upon request.

  • RATES

    Half day Mediation: $3,600

    Full day Mediation: $6,000

    Arbitrations: $600/Hour

    Consultation: $600/Hour

    Referee/Master: $600/Hour

  • MINIMUMS

    Half-Day Minimum: 4 Hours

    Full Day Minimum: 8 Hours

  • TRAVEL TIME

    First 2 Hours of Round Trip Travel: No Charge

    There is no charge for the first 2 hours of any round-trip travel. Any additional travel time is charged at $200/hour

CANCELLATION POLICY

No Charge if hearing is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled hearing.

Full Charge if hearing is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled hearing.

Full (or Partial) Refund of deposited fees if Justice Kane is able to book another matter for the date(s) of the cancelled hearing.
